Town Guide
Guide
St Austell is at the very heart of Cornwall surrounded by beautiful sweeping coastline, and picturesque countryside. The town centre, whilst easily accessible, manages to combine old and new with its narrow streets and smart pedestrian precincts with a fine selection of shops and close by attractions not to be missed during your visit. Now with its £75m development White River Place open, there are even more reasons to visit the town.
The Guide will give you the lowdown on where to go, what to do, where you can shop, eat or simply relax. Whether you have a few hours or longer to spend, there should be something for everyone. If you think you know St Austell, why not take another look – it may surprise you. There is plenty of great information and maps to get you underway. Why not have a wander and discover things you may not already know.
For information the Park and Ride service mentioned is no longer in operation and with regards to the parking charges you will need to refer to the tariff boards in the car park to ensure the correct charge is paid.
We hope you enjoy looking at the guide and for your convenience have put all the sections into different icons so you can easily select the one you want. If you enjoy it tell your friends and family about St Austell and the great things now on offer.
