Koran Yoga Ki EnergyTraining 10 week part time course at St Austell Studio Number 4 (PL25 4QP) - Every Tuesday 6pm to 7:30 starting 9th March. Cost £75.00. This course provides all the benefits of Korean yoga, Ki-Gong and meditation.  As a student proceeding through the programme, you will advance through different levels of physical exercise, accessing deeper levels of Ki-Energy to develop a fitter and more flexible body, boost energy, quiet the mind, manage stress and learn techniques to practice at home.  Korean Yoga Beginners class every Thursday 5:30pm at St Austell Children's centre (please note that these classes are only for Cornwall Council employees and children's centre staff).
