Situ8 is a Planning Consultancy based in Cornwall which was founded in 2006. Angela Warwick the Managing Director and her team of experts are passionate about all aspects of planning and the built environment and assisting with all your planning needs.

We pride ourselves on our negotiation skills and have developed very positive links with the local parish and town councils, council officers and other statutory consultees. We have a great range of experts on hand to assist in all manner of developments in order to takes schemes forward to a successful end result.

Our Highways Consultant holds excellent relations with highways and planning officers and has an extensive in-depth knowledge of the Council’s Transport Strategies and the associated highway contributions.

This busy team is made up of 4 Planning Consultants, 3 of which are RTPI and 1 Highway Consultant.
